Welcoming Our New Legal Interns: Nini Kartozia & Natalia Chkhaidze

We are excited to welcome Nini Kartozia and Natalia Chkhaidze as legal interns at Andersen in Georgia. For over a decade, our team has taken pride in mentoring aspiring lawyers through meaningful, hands-on internships. Our firm culture is built around mentorship and collaboration.

Nini Kartozia is currently pursuing her LL.B at the Free University of Tbilisi, where she is a scholarship recipient recognized for her academic excellence. Her interests lie in labour and employment law, corporate/M&A, data protection, and international arbitration. She has already distinguished herself on the international stage — earning the Eric E. Bergsten Award at the 31st Vis Moot in Vienna and representing her university in the 2024–2025 Jessup Moot Court. Nini is also active in several leading arbitration networks, including CIArb, MAA, and Young ITA, which reflects her commitment to both learning and contributing to the wider legal community.

Natalia Chkhaidze is a student at the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) and recently completed an academic exchange at the Berlin School of Economics and Law, where she broadened her perspective on international legal systems. Her academic focus includes corporate law, employment, family law, and arbitration. In 2024, Natalia was part of GIPA’s Vis Moot team, which placed first among Georgian universities and second at the Tbilisi Pre-Moot. She has also completed a six-month internship at the Tbilisi Arbitration Institute and remains actively involved in pro bono and volunteer projects — a reflection of her strong sense of social responsibility and community engagement.

Nini and Natalia join Andersen Georgia at a time when we continue to invest in the next generation of legal professionals. With their strong foundation and global outlook, we are confident they will make a valuable contribution to our team and continue growing as thoughtful and capable lawyers.
