Teona joined MG Law in 2024 as an associate. Prior to joining MG Law, Teona gained valuable experience working as an in-house counsel at leading companies operating in various sectors in Georgia. From 2021 to 2024, she served as an in-house counsel at Georgian Manganese LLC, the largest mining company in Georgia, which is involved in mining and ferroalloys production.
Teona’s practice areas include, Corporate Law, Contract Law, Labour Law, and Commercial Arbitration.
Teona holds LLB from Tbilisi State University and LLM from New Vision University. During her master’s studies Teona participated in 25th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and won the 7th Tbilisi Vis Pre-Moot.
