Amina joined Andersen in Georgia in 2025 as a Legal Intern. She studies at the Free University of Tbilisi, where she maintains a strong academic record. She was awarded a full-tuition scholarship and ranked first in her cohort by scaled score in the national university entrance examinations.
Her academic and advocacy experience centers on international dispute resolution, developed through competitive moot court. As a team member for the 32nd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, Amina represented the Free University of Tbilisi. She was also a finalist in the USAID Rule of Law Program’s Human Rights Law Moot Court Competition.
Alongside her moot experience, Amina has gained exposure to commercial matters. At a real estate firm, she reviewed, redlined, and negotiated commercial contracts, managed client communications, and supported market research and data analysis for pricing strategies. She also served as a program assistant on the USAID Rule of Law Project, coordinating moot court sessions and legal training seminars, and has prior project management experience with Junior Achievement Georgia.
Amina’s professional interests include corporate transactions and cross‑border dispute resolution, with particular attention to contract drafting and arbitration procedure.
