Elene Kutaladze

Elene focuses her practice on general corporate and commercial matters, with particular experience in labor and gambling law. Elene joined Andersen Legal (previously MG Law) as a Junior Associate in 2022 and has been a member of the firm ever since. Since joining, she has developed experience across a range of corporate and regulatory matters and continues to advise clients on complex legal issues arising in both domestic and international contexts.

Elene holds an LL.B. from the Free University of Tbilisi. She subsequently obtained an LL.M. in Comparative Private and International Law from New Vision University and an LL.M. in Global Business Law and Regulation from Central European University. During her postgraduate studies, she participated in the 29th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, further strengthening her expertise in international commercial law and arbitration.
