Ani joined Andersen in Georgia in November 2025 to support one of the firm’s largest immigration projects. Following her successful management of the project, she was promoted to Junior Associate in March 2026 and expanded her practice to include a broader range of the firm’s practice areas, including corporate and commercial law, labor and employment, and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Andersen, Ani worked at the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement, where she specialized in legal analysis, regulatory interpretation, and international cooperation. She also served as a Teaching Assistant at the Free University of Tbilisi.
Ani has a particular interest in intellectual property law and emerging technologies, with her bachelor’s thesis focusing on the impact of artificial intelligence on intellectual property law.
