Tamar holds degrees from Columbia University School of Law and Free University of Tbilisi, and is admitted to the bar in both Georgia and New York. Her career includes prior roles at Dechert LLP and the Court of Justice of the European Union, giving her a global legal perspective that aligns seamlessly with Andersen’s international network.
